Hilton Head Health Introduces the Culinary Arts Center - A State-of-the-Art Cooking School
The Culinary Arts Center at Hilton Head Health offers a variety of healthy cooking classes designed for all culinary skill levels and interests.

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, SC, September 04, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Hilton Head Health (H3), America's premier weight loss and health retreat located in Hilton Head, SC, is excited to announce the newest addition to their facility and their program, the Culinary Arts Center. With the guidance and assistance of H3's skilled Chefs, this state of the art cooking school offers a unique learning environment for healthy cooking. The Culinary Arts Center at H3 is scheduled to open Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2011.

The Culinary Arts Center at H3 classes are open to all. Individuals do not have to be a guest participating in the H3 Essentials: Healthy Lifestyle or H3 Extended & Intensive programs to take advantage of the new sessions, and all culinary skill levels are welcome. With a combination of observation and hands-on participatory sessions, H3 culinary offerings range from single cooking classes to ongoing experiences. New sessions include Culinary Bootcamp, Lunch-N-Learn, Date Night and more.

The Culinary Arts Center at H3 is an eco-friendly cooking school with six fully equipped workstations, complete with a four burner range, sink, refrigerator and preparation area, allowing space for twelve guests to cook comfortably. In addition, the Chef's demonstration area is a fully equipped kitchen, including two television monitors so guests can see close ups of the Chef's techniques. The Chef's table seats twenty-two guests.

According to Jessica Lynn, H3's director of program development, "As proud as we [H3] are of our history in the health and wellness industry, we also take great pride in the new strides we are making as leaders in the nutrition industry. Learning to prepare healthy food with great flavor is an invaluable experience, and we are so excited to improve on our delivery of this portion in our program."
