2010 Southern Living Showcase Home By Dillard-Jones Builders Now Under Construction In Claremont
Dillard-Jones Builders, LLC has selected the Claremont community of Greenville, SC as the site for its 2010 Southern Living Showcase Home. The home is under construction and will be open to the public for free tours on November 5.

GREENVILLE, SC, August 05, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dillard-Jones Builders, LLC has selected the Claremont community of Greenville, SC as the site for its 2010 Southern Living Showcase Home. The home is under construction and will open to the public for free tours on November 5.

A 74-acre, master-planned community on Roper Mountain Road, Claremont offers 112 homesites, 22 acres of green space and many neighborhood amenities. Spaulding Group at Prudential/C. Dan Joyner Co. markets the community with a sales team led by Margaret Marcum and Leigh Irwin.

Showcase Home, citing the community's established reputation for luxury living, first-class amenities and proximity to dining, shopping and other leisure activities.

The third Southern Living Showcase Home built by Dillard-Jones, this year's project is a
custom design by The Johnston Design Group, LLC of Greenville, a nationally recognized leader in sustainable architecture. A LEED For Homes project, the 2010 Southern Living Showcase Home is being built for 'green' certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. It also will be incorporated into the Southern Living collection of national house plans as the Custom Builder Program's first collaborative design/build project.

The 3,971-square-foot Southern Living Showcase Home is an open floor plan with five bedrooms
and 4.5 bathrooms. Special features include a chef's kitchen, media room, study, laundry room
with hobby space, and outdoor living space that includes a screened porch and outdoor fire pit. The Showcase Home will be fully decorated by some of the area's finest interior designers, and trimmed for the holidays.

holiday tours beginning November 5. Tour days/times are: 1-6 pm Fridays and Sundays; and 10a - 6p Saturdays. There is no admission charge for tours, but visitors may bring a new toy to donate to the Toys For Tots Foundation annual toy drive sponsored by WSSL-FM.
