The Westin Poinsett Hotel partners again with Meals on Wheels corporate program
The Westin Poinsett Hotel is entering its second year of participation in the Meals on Wheels program of Greenville County. Associates in each department of the hotel deliver meals during their lunch hour, rotating the responsibility every week.

GREENVILLE, SC, January 14, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- This community partnership provides corporate social responsibility with consistency and flexibility. Janice Smith, Guest Services Manager and the Chairperson for the program, says, "Our employees really enjoy the program because it allows them not only to give back, but it also gives them the opportunity to provide a meal and a conversation to our homebound neighbors."

With approximately 400 meals delivered and over 50 hours served, the hotel is dedicated to upholding its important relationship with the Meals on Wheels organization and the Greenville community.
