DANIEL ISLAND, SC, April 18, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Russell Long, President of Change Innovations, LLC, has been appointed to the Credentialing Leadership Group of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is one of only 15 certified executive and personal coaches in the world to receive this prestigious appointment. His group is charged with creating a credentialing process that meets International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards for individual coaches around the world.

Mr. Long stated, "This appointment comes at a critical time of raising the standard that professional coaches must demonstrate for their certification to assure the high quality of their work around the world. I am honored to be chosen to play a role." Mr. Long has recently completed ICF roles as Chair of their international Membership Committee and their Research Committee.
