COLUMBIA, SC, February 19, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- On February 24, 2009, the Central Carolina Entrepreneur's Club (CCEC) will launch its next meeting at the Capital City Club in downtown Columbia (1201 Main Street, 25th floor).

The primary mission of the CCEC is education and networking. Through monthly luncheons, we present speakers with various areas of expertise to discuss issues that are important to business owners and lessons they have learned by being entrepreneurs. The CCEC provides opportunities to network with other entrepreneurs and hear different strategies that you can apply in your own business.

The speaker on February 24, 2009 will be Dr. Kevin Skipper, ChFC. Dr. Skipper is a Chartered Financial Consultant and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Many business owners are wondering what they should be doing with their capital during this downturn in the economy. Dr. Skipper can answer your questions as he will be discussing "Investment Updates and Strategies in the Economy."

Networking starts at 11:30. Lunch will begin at 12:00pm and Dr. Skipper's discussion will be from 12:15pm until 1:00pm.
