The Central Carolina Entrepreneur's Club is the perfect place for business owners and entrepreneurs who thirst for continuous learning and have the desire to become more successful.


    COLUMBIA, SC, October 15, 2008 /South Carolina News Articles/ -- On October 28, 2008, the Central Carolina Entrepreneur's Club (CCEC) will launch its next meeting at the Capital City Club in downtown Columbia.

The primary mission of the CCEC is education and networking. Through monthly luncheons, we will present speakers with various areas of expertise to talk about issues that are important to business owners and lessons they have learned by being an entrepreneur. The CCEC provides everyone the opportunity to participate in networking with other entrepreneurs and meet those involved in growing and managing a business to potentially hear different strategies that you can apply in your own business.

The speaker on October 28, 2008 will be Mary Kennemur. She is the former vice president and regional managing director for Merrill Lynch and has been named executive director of the Business Partnership Foundation at the University of South Carolina.

To become a member of the Central Carolina Entrepreneur's Club, you must be a business owner, a President or Chief Executive Officer of an existing business or a general manager within a growing company.
