HunterStone Updates Flagship Product THESIS
New THESIS 3.5 features offer even more functionality for users

/South Carolina News Articles/ - COLUMBIA, SC, November 08, 2006 - HunterStone, a Columbia based firm and provider of the only content authoring tool designed specifically for Microsoft Office, announced the launch of THESIS 3.5.

THESIS is a suite of ELearning tools which takes advantage of the SCORM 1.2 and 2004 standards and integrates with Microsoft Office. This combination enables a user to author e-learning resources and objects straight from the familiar Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, as well as FrontPage, Visio, FLASH, Dreamweaver, HTML, and Producer.

The "Learning Object Manager" allows a user to author complete lessons and tests for online teaching and instruction, using multiple learning objects from different sources. Librarian, a complementary SCORM repository product, is a web part for MS SharePoint which allows for greater management of content collaboration and allows an organization to store, share, search, and sell content.

THESIS 3.5 new key features are:
• Improved user interface for all Office add-ins
• Improved help system
• Microsoft Office add-ins are now written in managed .NET code
