Picker has joined the company as Vice President of Sales. In this role, Mr. Picker will oversee both the day-to-day management and strategy of the company's sales operations. Mr. Picker will provide sales leadership as Avista Solutions enters a new phase of growth.

Prior to joining Avista Solutions, Michael Picker was a Regional Account Executive with Dynatek for over 8 years. He was a top producer at Dynatek and was responsible for sales revenue in 17 states. He was named Salesman of the Year in 2001 and 2005. Mr. Picker holds a BA in Business Administration from Culver-Stockton College and a Masters of Business Administration from Missouri State University.
